Mat 50 is a 50-minute contemporary mat class which incorporates challenging pilates and pilates-inspired combinations to sculpt, define, and elongate your physical self. At the same time, a curated playlist and breath-to-movement cues allow you to get out of your brain and into your body. The class is rooted in stability and control, while being challenging and athletic. Let's focus on the principles that keep us moving as individuals, together. 

​No equipment required. Mats and ankle weights will be provided. Please wear something comfortable. Socks are recommended.
