Join the Crew
Work a regular shift at Ours in exchange for a membership. The crew opens and closes the space and greets everyone who comes through the door.
Open shifts
Mornings run 8 AM to 12 PM and afternoons 2 to 6 PM, on weekdays. These are open right now, so mention the ones you can take when you apply.

The shifts
- Greet everyone who comes in, and give tours when one is booked
- Keep the kitchen, desks, bathrooms and patio tidy and stocked
- Mornings open up: lights on and coffee made
- Afternoons close down: coffee machine cleaned, lights off, patio locked
The trade
Crew members get everything in a Fellow membership: the communal workspace any weekday from 8 AM to 6 PM, a guest pass a month for a friend or coworker, the phone booth and meeting room to book, and discounts on events.
If you can’t make a shift, find someone on the crew to cover it, ideally a week ahead. If you’re sick, just let us know.
