For organizations

Nonprofits, local businesses and other organizations rent the downstairs for retreats and planning sessions.

The ground floor works for a day of programming: talks and presentations in the lounge with the projector and screen, breakouts at the communal desks, and lunch in the kitchen or out on the patio.

We can set it up for you, or produce the whole day with food and drinks included. Tell us about your group and what you have in mind.

Ways to book

  • Event rental

    Typically $150/hour

    Rent the space and run the event yourself. You bring the plan and the guests, and the fee shifts a little with the size and scope.

  • Co-produced event

    50/50 split after costs

    We make it together. handles ticketing and promotes it to our audience. Ticket sales first cover a set minimum for the space and materials, and any profit after that is split 50/50 with our team.

  • Full-service event

    Built around your budget

    A white-glove service. Share your budget and we work backwards from it, with our team planning and running the event, food, drinks, music and decor included.

Members get a discount on rentals. If none of these fit, tell us what you have in mind and we’ll work something out.
